Company Overview:
The owner of Absolute Vacuum Corp AVC started repairing vacuum pumps primarily for the Department of Defense (DoD). Realizing a need for his skill he founded AVC. AVC is becoming a leading provider of vacuum pump repair and maintenance in the Tri-State area. We provide service to area colleges, medical and research facilities. Customers benefit from our’“loaner program” and free pick-up and delivery within a 50 mile radius of Dayton, OH. Absolute Vacuum Corp is a minority, veteran owned small business.

Key Personnel:
Alfredo Jimenez, Principal
Mr. Jimenez served in the United States Air Force as a Jet engine specialist. In 1991 he received his Airframe and Power Plant license. He served as a Whirl Rigs operator for the Propulsion Lab at Wright -Patterson A.F.B. for over 20 years. In 2001 Mr. Jimenez developed a preventative maintenance program for over 175 pumps. This program has saved the DoD thousands of dollars by ‘repairing’ verses ‘replacement’ of vacuum pumps. Alfredo is an active member of the Dayton Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, sits on the board of League of Latin American Citizens (LULAC) and also serves as Vice President of the Puerto Rican, American, Caribbean Organization (PACO)

John Briody, Senior Business Developer
Mr. Briody has been in Construction Management for over 30 years Served as Director of Engineering and new construction manager for several prominent hotel chains. John has a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from The University of Louisiana and a Masters Degree in Hotel Administration from The N.Y. New School for Social Research

Absolute Vacuum services and repairs pumps for many different manufactures such as Adixen, Busch Edwards, Gast, Kinney, Leybold -Oerlikon, Pfeiffer, Varian, and Welch to name a few. We work on several types of pumps such as : Blowers Diaphragm , Piston, Rotary vane, Scroll, Screw and Turbo pumps reaching ultimate pressures of 1×10-9 torr. Most come with our 12 month warranty.
