Loaner Program

Our unique “loaner or exchange Program “allows us for a fee to provide our customers to experience minimal down time while their pump is repaired. Both programs are limited to pump availability and the application of the user. Please feel free to give us a call or email us for availability.

Getting started:

• Please complete the “Declaration of Contamination Form
• Provide as much information as possible – All outstanding information can be subsequently obtained.
• Include your contact information and preferred appointment date and time

Repair Steps

• All jobs are tracked and monitored through our computer based management system.
• Full incoming inspection and run up time check, vibration check, drive inspection.
• Full disassembly, decontamination and cleaning.
• Pump is balanced utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to reduce noise and vibrations and extend bearings life.
• Replacement of all necessary parts such as shafts, bushings, bearings, sleeves, O-rings, gaskets, seals, wicks, etc. During assembly Only parts that meet or surpass OEM specifications are used to ensure dependable service and long pump life.
• Final test and leak check. The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum seal. Leak test to 1 x 10 -9 Mbar l/s. Vibrations are analyzed and test data is digitally recorded.
• The pumps are then painted. Our customers receive pumps that perform and looks like new.
